PTS RMA Policy

No Product may be returned without PTS Authorization. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with PTS Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number referenced and any unauthorized items received will be returned at client expense. Return Authorization (RMA) is valid for 10 calendar days from date issued, unless stated otherwise. All products must be returned in their original packaging, with any related manuals, cables, etc. and be in a re-sellable or returnable condition for you to receive credit. Credit Memo is subject to our acceptance and approval of items returned. Please do not write on original box. All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking Fee.
