office's training facility. Many times it is more effective to have
your staff come off-site to get trained. This allows for stronger
concentration and better retention. We can schedule One on One,
or Group training classes for your exact requirements.
End-User Training
Preferred Technology Solutions approach to End-User Training is
multi-dimensional based on client requirements and budget. Training
options are:
- Lecture Classroom. This method employs traditional
lecture, slides, and guidebooks to acquaint students with fundamentals.
It is most successfully used to provide a skill-set foundation
and can be supplemented with additional follow up with either
hands-on or floor supervision. Each attendee leaves with documentation
that can be used to reinforce the lecture and provides easy-to-use
reminders of basic concepts and processes.
- Hands-on Classroom. Divides student time with
the lecture method augmented by actual hands-on workstation time.
This allows the users to familiarize themselves with the subject
matter by time spent with the keyboard and applications. This
option is used for more complex subjects like office automation
applications.
