and generate critical reports that supervisors can use to balance

The 3Com eXchange Agent provides a Windows toolbar that can be
customized to display the most frequently accessed features, maximizing
screen space for other applications such as customer relationship
management.

The popular Agent Board can show the status of calls, including
calls waiting and average hold time directly on the agent screen.
