Our Recommendations
We recommend that you transition your organization from a reactive service model to PTS’s NetManage proactive managed service model. Doing so will increase the levels of technology support and leadership that you are receiving. It will also decrease the possibility of network failure and Employee downtime.
We recommend that you allow PTS to perform an on-site evaluation of your networking infrastructure. This evaluation will accomplish two things. It will allow our Certified Engineers to verify your current infrastructure. It will also allow us to identify any issues that may affect the pricing of the monthly-managed services programs. The reason we do this is to verify that your existing network is up to minimum standards. If we find issues, or that minimum standards are not currently in place, we will present a proposal to alleviate any issues and bring your network up to minimum standards.
