Service Deliverables
Constant 24x7 health monitoring and automated health checks e.g., event log monitoring, of your IT infrastructure including network, servers, applications:
- Windows, Novell, Unix/Linux, Mac OSX servers;
- Routers switches and hubs;
- WAN connections including frame relay;
- Windows and Mac OSX services and processes;
- Windows application availability and latency.
Management of alert to resolution – PTS will receive and respond to alert notifications remotely, arranging for on-site emergency response as needed:
- Fault isolation and determination;
- Remote diagnostics and call resolution;
- Written summary analysis of reports and call history.
Review Meetings – An PTS consultant will meet with you quarterly or monthly to review IT statistics and status, and to discuss other issues as appropriate including migrations, new application roll-outs, and proactive ways to optimize performance.
- Ability to plan for and justify additional capacity needs based on report analysis;
- Detailed performance and trend reports, as well as recommendations from PTS’s seasoned professionals.
Detailed Security Monitoring:
- Intrusion monitoring, focused on segmenting and protecting host resources from unauthorized access;
- Vulnerability scanning on selected devices for more than 2,000 different types of vulnerabilities across your IT infrastructure;
- Monitoring and reporting on firewall performance, including consolidated logs and real-time alerts on intrusion or attack activity and other configuration changes.
